FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in beautiful Central Pennsylvania and yes we LOVE to travel! We've photographed weddings as far north as Maine near the Canadian border and as far south as South Carolina! We're open to travel to wherever your special day may take place. Our wedding packages include up-to 1 hour of travel time from the State College, PA area. *Travel fees are in addition to your chosen wedding package. Please reach out to us for details.
How many hours of coverage do you provide?
We offer a customizable package that cater to your specific needs and budget. Our most inclusive package covers your whole day, up-to 11 hours of coverage!
When will we get our photos?
For weddings, you can expect to receive preview of your gallery within 2 weeks of your wedding day!! And then an online gallery link with all your photos in a maximum of 3-4 months (sometimes less depending on the season we photograph your story). You will be able download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, we offer engagement sessions as an add-on to our packages. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other before the wedding day and capture some beautiful photos in a more relaxed setting.
How do we receive our photos?
We deliver your photos digitally through an online gallery that is easy to access and share with family and friends. In addition, we also deliver the highest possible resolution via a USB gift box! We also offer printing services and can provide you with high-quality prints, albums, and wall art for an additional fee.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes, we always have backup equipment on hand to ensure that your special day is captured flawlessly, even in the unlikely event of equipment failure.
We understand that your photos are valuable and irreplaceable memories of your special day. That's why we take great care to back up your images and store them safely. We use multiple backup systems, including redundant hard drives to ensure that your photos are protected from data loss or damage. We also takes extra precautions to store your images in secure safe to prevent any physical damage or theft. You can rest assured that your photos are in good hands with us, and you will have access to them for years to come.
Do you offer videography services?
We specialize in wedding photography and do not offer videography services at this time. However, we can recommend some excellent videographers in the area if you're interested in adding video coverage to your special day.
Can we provide you with a shot list or specific poses we want?
Absolutely! We want to ensure that we capture all of the important moments and details that are special to you. We encourage our clients to provide us with a shot list (pintrest, intragram saves, etc) or any specific poses they would like to include, so we can tailor our approach to your unique needs and preferences. However, we ofcourse will bring our own creativity and style to the table to ensure that your photos are unique and reflect our artistic vision.
